Blissfully Babies Ltd. ("Blissfully Babies," "we," "us," or "our") operates blissfullybabies.com (the "Site") and provides motherhood mentorship, postpartum support, and related digital products and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly, such as when you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, complete a New Client Intake Form, purchase a digital product, or sign up for our email list. This may include:

  • Due date, birth date, and pregnancy or postpartum-related information you choose to share (for example, in an intake form or during a session)

  • Payment and billing information (processed through our payment provider, we do not store full credit card numbers)

Information collected automatically, such as:

  • Pages viewed, time on site, and referring/exit pages

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

3. Sensitive & Health-Related Information

As part of our mentorship and postpartum support work, you may voluntarily share information related to your pregnancy, birth experience, mental health, or postpartum recovery through intake forms, discovery calls, or sessions.

  • We are not a medical provider, and Blissfully Babies is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Information shared with us is not protected under HIPAA the way it would be with a doctor or hospital.

  • We treat any health-adjacent information you share with care and discretion, and we do not sell this information.

  • We use it only to personalize your mentorship experience and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.

  • Nothing on this Site or in our Services is a substitute for medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), scheduling tool (Cal.com), accounting software (Wave), client management/e-signature platform, and email marketing provider

  • Payment processors to complete purchases

  • Affiliate and referral partners if you click an affiliate link on our Site (for example, a recommended product), the third-party retailer may receive information about your click or purchase per their own privacy policy; we do not control their data practices

  • Legal or safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blissfully Babies, our clients, or others

Each of these providers has access only to the information reasonably necessary to perform their function and is expected to safeguard it.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site, built on Squarespace, uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences

  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)

  • Support e-commerce functionality (cart, checkout)

6. Email & Marketing Communications

If you opt in to our email list, we'll send updates, resources, and promotional content related to Blissfully Babies. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails (such as order or appointment confirmations) are not subject to marketing opt-out, as they are necessary to deliver the Service you requested.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Intake forms and client records are generally retained for 5 years in line with standard business recordkeeping practices, unless you request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of your information

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for adults (18+) who are pregnant, postpartum, or otherwise seeking motherhood mentorship. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including working with reputable, security-conscious platforms (Squarespace, our payment processor, and our CRM). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links to products we recommend. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
