Blissfully Babies Ltd. ("Blissfully Babies," "we," "us," or "our") operates blissfullybabies.com (the "Site") and provides motherhood mentorship, postpartum support, and related digital products and services (the "Services"). Information you give us directly, such as when you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, complete a New Client Intake Form, purchase a digital product, or sign up for our email list. This may include:

We are not a medical provider, and Blissfully Babies is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Information shared with us is not protected under HIPAA the way it would be with a doctor or hospital.
We treat any health-adjacent information you share with care and discretion, and we do not sell this information.
We use it only to personalize your mentorship experience and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.
Nothing on this Site or in our Services is a substitute for medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), scheduling tool (Cal.com), accounting software (Wave), client management/e-signature platform, and email marketing provider
Payment processors to complete purchases
Affiliate and referral partners if you click an affiliate link on our Site (for example, a recommended product), the third-party retailer may receive information about your click or purchase per their own privacy policy; we do not control their data practices
Legal or safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blissfully Babies, our clients, or others

6. Email & Marketing Communications

Transactional emails (such as order or appointment confirmations) are not subject to marketing opt-out, as they are necessary to deliver the Service you requested.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Intake forms and client records are generally retained for 5 years in line with standard business recordkeeping practices, unless you request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

Our Site and Services are intended for adults (18+) who are pregnant, postpartum, or otherwise seeking motherhood mentorship. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including working with reputable, security-conscious platforms (Squarespace, our payment processor, and our CRM). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
