How to Write a Birth Plan (with Template)
I personally used a doula so she helped me with my birth plan but this article and template are very useful and help to raise questions for what do you actually want the day of. I had to google half of the items on the birth plan but its a great place to start.
If you are interested in using a birth or postpartum doula and are local to Phoenix I can give you wonderful suggestions, if you are not in Phoenix, this tool can help find someone who can support you throughout this wonderful Journey.
If your OBGYN delivers at multiple hospitals or you are considering switching OBGYNS that might deliver at a different hospital, this tool helps to compare the different hospitals available.
Great questions that cover all questions you might have as it relates to placenta encapsulation.

Natural Breastfeeding for an Easier Start
Natural Breastfeeding (naturalbreastfeeding.com) is a video-based breastfeeding education program co-created by OB-GYN Dr. Theresa Nesbitt and IBCLC Nancy Mohrbacher, designed to teach expectant and new mothers a more intuitive, laid-back latching technique. It offers both a consumer program for parents and a training track for lactation professionals.
Quick search to find Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists in your area.
Your pediatrician will ask about wet diapers, poopy diapers, and feeding amounts at every early visit. We were given a paper sheet to fill out, but it became tedious quickly; the Huckleberry App is free, both partners can log in from their own phones, and you can customize which items appear on your screen. I highly recommend it but also recommend cleaning up the noise of the app and not overthinking what you need to be tracking, keep it simple and use the minimum necessary to not drive yourself crazy. Do not base your schedule off the app, base it off your baby.
